D10-BC Belt Conveyor

D10-BC series belt conveyors use a continuous and flexible flat belt to convey cartons and totes. The belt is arranged as a continuous loop driven by the drive pulley and tensioned by means of a take up roller. The friction force between the rotating pulley and the belt drives the belt forward.

The D10-BD belt driven live roller conveyor is a highly effective roller conveyor used commonly where goods are loaded directly on the carrier rollers. The D10-BD conveyor uses a flat belt or V belt to drive the carrier rollers. The belt contacts the carrier roller from underneath and drives the carrier roller through friction providing power to convey the goods. The design is suitable for conveying various products with a flat and firm bottom.
Typically, end drive units are equipped with individual belt take up unit. Centre drive units have an integral take up unit. Where longer conveyors require additional belt tension, an individual take up unit can also be installed.

Product features:

• Suitable for diverting and merging: driven from underneath the roller, top of carrying roller higher than top of frame on both sides
• Safe roller drive: Carrying rollers are mounted in an open slot. Rollers floats on the drive belt and jump out should a jam occur

D10-VR V-belt driven live roller conveyor is a new type of roller conveyor. Rollers are driven by V belts with a fixed length. Each V belt drives two adjacent rollers. V belt driven conveyors are simple and easily installed and maintained. Drive options include 24V DC motorized rollers and motors with a reduction gearbox. Drive options can be combined to provide roller conveyors with different lengths and types. 24V DC motorized roller drives are mounted within the conveyor frame at the same level as therollers; Motor and reducer drive units are mounted under the conveyor frame.
